The Top 10 daily tables in the database can build up over time, particularly on very busy blog. The Maintenance section contains a set of options that optimise this table.

Enable scheduled maintenance

Enabling maintenance will automatically delete entries older than 90 days in the daily tables. It makes use of WordPress’ inbuild cron.

The number of days can be overridden by using a function in your theme’s functions.php or mu-plugins to filter tptn_maintenance_days.

Time to run maintenance

The two options allow you to set the Hour and Minute of the day when the cron will run.

Run maintenance

Choose between Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly to run the cron task.
