Security releases

Last week, and earlier today, I pushed through minor updates for Contextual Related Posts, Top 10, Popular Authors and Knowledge Base.

Thanks to the WordPress.com/WPScan team for flagging the issue in Top 10 responsibly and giving me time to update the plugin.

As this was a similar issue facing the other plugins, I’ve pushed through releases for all of them.

If you’re using any of these plugins, please update them asap.
